We follow an Exchange-Only Policy — we do not offer cash refunds except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

You are eligible for an exchange if:

– The product delivered is different from what you ordered

– The product is significantly below the quality shown on our website

– You received an expired product

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are NOT eligible for exchange or refund:

– Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

– Products without original packaging or seals broken at customer end

– Products returned after 7 days of delivery

– Requests made without valid proof of purchase (order ID)

– Damage caused by improper storage after delivery

4. How to Raise an Exchange Request

– Email us at support@nutstart.in with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue

– Attach clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product

– Our team will review your request within 2 business days

– If approved, we will arrange a free pick-up and send a replacement within 5–7 business days

5. Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued only in the following cases:

– The item ordered is out of stock and cannot be exchanged

– The order was not delivered within 15 days of confirmed dispatch

– Double payment was charged due to a technical error

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted. To cancel a pre-dispatch order, please contact us immediately at support@nutstart.in or call our helpline.

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India, including metro cities, Tier-2, and Tier-3 locations. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value. No hidden delivery charges — the price you see is the price you pay.

3. Order Processing Time

– Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation

– Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

– You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched

4. Estimated Delivery Time

– Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

– Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days

– Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact us.

6. Packaging

All products are packed in food-grade, airtight, tamper-proof packaging to preserve freshness during transit. We use eco-friendly outer packaging wherever possible. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

7. Delivery Attempts

– Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts

– If you are unavailable, a delivery notification will be left

– After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply

– Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time frame, please reach out to us at support@nutstart.in with your Order ID. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. In rare cases of lost shipments confirmed by the courier, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

– We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available)

– For COD orders, payment must be made to the delivery personnel at the time of receipt
